bumblebee's
Is this a good representation of a bumblebee or this a low grade one? Just wondering cause she was 300 bucks.

She looks like an average-below average bee. The dark spots on her, will be brown as an adult. For $300 though I'd save up a little more and find a better quality...although I do like her high whites. This is all my opinion though.

Re: bumblebee's
I agree with LGray...I looks average to slightly less than average. Nice snake though.

Re: bumblebee's
I would have to say not so great. She is awful dark to start with. There are much nicer cleaner, brighter bees out there if you shop around. But if you like her thats all that matters.

Medium to low grade imo. The speckles dirties up the snake.
Color and high white is good though.
If you wait a little longer, I'm sure prices for cleaner bees will drop. I've been seeing a drop in $100-$200 in bees and super pastels this year compared to last year.

Ok, thanks for all the help. I'm looking to get my first snake and made a list of all the morphs I like. I didn't have bumblebee's on my list but they sure are now! LOL
btw, I should probably tell you that I'm not getting into breeding so I'm just looking for a pet however I don't want a normal. lol

Well if you dont wanna breed then i would say thats a good snake for you. If shes just a pet then even if shes not as pretty as other bees you can still give her lots of love

That doesn't look like a hatchling. How old is it? I have a Bee that was pure bright yellow at birth and now after 18 months has developed darker spots along his back. All the pics of adult Bees have that darkness along the top of their back. I don't think they stay "all yellow" their whole life. If I am wrong someone else chime in.

There are definitely sexy adult bees that held their yellows and cleanliness. I've seen a few youtube videos on em, and random picture postings on the forums :p. for some strange reason, i don't see too many in the ads >_O

Sounds like its a small percentage then. The thing is you never know how much yellow the Bee is going to retain as it grows. I have 2 and its amazing how different they look, especially since they came from the same clutch.
