Why was the owner soaking her??? BPs don't need baths, and when you have to soak your animal, it means something was wrong. Even if you catch you BP soaking, its a sign that something might be wrong. Might be too hot, not humid enough, mites, or something else causing discomfort.
Sounds like you got yourself a sweetheart! I would take her to the vet asap
