I dont want to alarm you, and I'm not an expert on the subject, but the weird yellowish spots are warning me of scalerot... Like I said, i'm no expert, and maybe somebody who isn't as paranoid as me could give you a less scary answer.. But to me, if I saw that strange discoloration, it would force me to post here XD.

Re: Unusul Belly Shot of my new possible Albino Het girl
She just shed yesterday and I got her 4 days ago. Before she shed the belly was rough, but the owner had been soaking her ALL day when I picked her up. I immediately put her in the correct environment. I did not handle or inspect her much since the initial transfer, but had to clean when I noticed the banding across her belly. She is very sweet, crawled onto me when I opened her box and hung out while I cleaned. I will try to very noninvasive keep an eye on her. She was being kept with a male for 'breeding' purposes and the owner stated they had locked several times. Both she and the male are quite chunky. His belly is the normal white best I can tell. He is very aggressive so I plan on taking it slow with him.

Why was the owner soaking her??? BPs don't need baths, and when you have to soak your animal, it means something was wrong. Even if you catch you BP soaking, its a sign that something might be wrong. Might be too hot, not humid enough, mites, or something else causing discomfort.
Sounds like you got yourself a sweetheart ! I would take her to the vet asap

I've never had scalerot, knock on my rack, but I would be very suspicious of those spots.
If they get any bigger, darker, rougher or seem to change in any way except to disappear, I'd have her to a vet in a heartbeat. Scalerot can be terrible. Hopefully it's no big deal.

Thanks everyone. The former owner is not going to have any more snakes and was force soaking this girl. THe belly is nice and smooth, and looks totally normal except the banding from her stripes go across the belly in places. She has lots of yellow undertones, is supposed to be a het albino possible, and she is prob one the the sweetest and friendly BPs I have ever seen. I will keep a close eye on her, and she is supposed to be gravid and sometimes i catch her wrapping around the outside of the water bowl but never soaking. She mainly lays in the basking area of her sweaterbox in a perfect circle.

Somebody soaking their BP doesn't necessarily mean they suspect something is wrong. Lots of people who aren't entirely knowledgeable about snake/BP husbandry soak because they are lead to believe it is necessary as normal maintanence, or because the snake is going into shed. Not saying it is the right thing to do, just that to the general public, and even to plenty of people who spend time on this forum, soaking their snake is thought to be an acceptable/normal thing to do.
The light yellow spots on the belly look normal to me, as far as the range of BP markings go. It never hurts to have a qualified vet take a look to be safe, but I don't think the snake's belly looks unhealthy, just strangely marked, with the dark banding and colors extending across.
Fila - Keep an eye on the belly, and read up on scale rot. If you notice it changing in any way, definitely have it looked at, and make sure the bedding/substrate isn't too moist, but it doesn't immediately pop out to me as something to be worried about now. Some of the marks where the dark banding cross over the belly almost make it look like healed burns, but I honestly can't tell from the picture whether the scales are the normal size/shape of a clear bellied BP and they look distorted from the banding, or if they're actually disfigured. You can probably tell a bit better as you can look at her first hand =) From the picture, they appear to be healthy.

I had a rescue a few years ago who had little red spots that looked like it was eating the scales it was a few spots and just very very small spots but the advice I was given was wash her with just a dab of baby shampoo and wait till she shed sure enough it worked and she was perfectly fine and it never came back but Im not sure if its scale rot or not I think its actual banding stretching clear across her belly which is really neat might not be genetic though you never know my true reduced pattern girl had banding that stretched to her belly but not clear across her belly like that
