Respiratory infections can result from high humidity and low ventilation.

I've searched but have not yet found a first hand case of this being true. I know being in contact with wet substrate can cause serious problems, but I don't think the high humidity itself will cause problems.

With my BP's I strive to keep thier humidity as high as possible without thier substrate becoming wet.
