For the ball morphs, I like all of these equally, and price is not an issue. I also haven't decided what sex I'm going to get yet. But I'm planning to make this morph my first breeder in a few years, so I'm wondering what will be the smartest move there. Hopefully going to start up a business in a few years, so I don't want to get something whose offspring people just...won't want. Anyway, this is what I'm looking at:
    - Albino
    - Bumblebee
    - Pewter
    - Lesser
    - Ghost (probably het for something else)
    ?
the best route for breeding would be getting females first then males later. It takes at least 2 years for her to grow to breeder size. Males can breed in their first year. So you can always get males the year after so that both of your males and females are progressing at the same rate. And maybe by then, some double and triple gene males will come down in price.

Forget what I said above if you're going to purchase breeder sized animals..

Also, if price isn't an issue, I would buy 2 gene females first. So either that bee or pewter. However, if you want to save some money, just get single gene females and double gene males.

Also think about getting morph hets. That will save a lot of breeding time and can give you more combos.

    Good luck.
