    That's unfortunate because I think that is one of the most gorgeous snakes I've ever seen. Are there similar ones that are true blue? Like the pure blue back and white belly? I'm sort of obsessing.

    Yes there are. As I mentioned before, they start at around $5k for hatchlings with no guarantee of a blue animal. Too rich for my blood. Adults can be upwards of $20k.
