Doesnt alot depend on the temps of the room? Not saying this is the case just a possible explanation for differences.

First off you shouldn't drop the temperature at night. second a 100 watt is too much a 75 is much better for this size tank. 95 degrees is too hot. a ball python needs a thermal gradient, 78-82 degrees on the cool side and 88-92 degrees on the hot side. the UTH is not needed at all if you are using the heat lamp, and if you do choose to use it, it must be regulated by a thermostat.
What type of thermometers are you using and what is the humidity in the cage?

The snake rack is like a dresser pretty much but has 5 open compartments it has heat sheets that go around the left side of the tubs. The tubs are 42qt. The day time temp is 92 and the night time temp is 83. Those temps are from the past 2 days and nights. I have a temp in side the tub and outside of the tub to determine the temps. I can already tell the difference from the cage and heat wise to the snake in the tubs big difference and can tell its a lot happier moves around more pooping in the water dish and just got done shedding ( wish is a good thing i would think)

Why is the tub temperature dropping at night? the hot side should stay the same temperature 24/7
The ambient temperature will likely fluctuate but that is much harder to control.
