i have a pc fan which i thought was stronger than i needed, it sucks the air from the top and blows it along the back of the incubator to circulate the air everywhere but mostly forcing the air down to the bottom of the incubator

would it be okay for the tubs to drop about 4F for 25-30minutes? obviously increasing by 1F every 8mins or so for when i exchange the air?

also is the temps really bad to fluctuate by 1 or 2F? what bad affect would it have on the eggs/hatchlings

cheers, gary
Obviously you want to keep temps fluctuations to a minimun but I cant imagine that a 1-2 shift would be detrimental. As for the 4 degree drop for 30 min, Im not sure but I would guess that no that is not a big deal as long as it recovers fast enough.
