    Sounds like this is your females second winter and also 1500 grams or 1.5 kilograms is the minimun that females will usually go she may just not be ready yet. Typically females will go their third winter and 1500 grams or more. I had 4 last year that were on their second winter and 1500 and did not go for me. At 4 years old and 1200 grams your male should be ready to go. Were your females feeding heavily before they stopped eating, did they stop eating on their own or did you stop feeding, have your females been building?
