You can own, breed, and sell these snakes. You cannot transport them across State lines in any way (no shipping, driving, or even walking them across).
You cannot import them from another country, or from another State.

Once this goes into effect, the Burms, Afrocks, and yellow anacondas that are in your State at the time (and their offspring) will legally be the only ones there, forever.

I would hope that folks with an interest in the species are taking steps to assure that their State's gene pools are sufficient to keep the species healthy there. It's also a good time to make sure that favorite morphs are all present in the State.

Some States will wind up with a surplus, while others may find themselves with too few for everyone who wants one.
