Wholesale on male mojave is about $75-$100 and retail is about $150 or so. I saw a 2010 at a show today for $175 and 2011's for $130-$150. I've seen them as low as $110. I go to 3-5 shows a month.

people can be real umm donkeys about the whole thing looking to save a buck etc. If its quality you pay more. Don't let anyone bully you into a price if you have a nice animal plus do you really want to sell to someone like that? I also don't know why mojaves have cheapened like this .. I love them. My first morph I encountered and had to have.

It really doesn't matter what prices you see listed or what anyone else is getting. You put your snake up for sale and you get one offer of $100. You either take it or you say no thank you and hold on to the snake.
I find it odd that people get upset about getting a low ball offer for anything. You should be upset about not getting a bunch of offers. Some people never even get an offer.
Think it through. Would you be happy with $125? $150? Does the extra $ mean that much to you. Don't tell me it's the principle. Remove the emotion and just make a decision.
Why do some houses sell immediately, sometimes with a bidding war and others sit around for months or years. Price? Nope. Emotion!

The problem that I've personally found, when trying to sell bp's...is that 98% of the e-mails I get are either low ball offers...really low ball offers...and a lot of the e-mails go like this:
hEy mAn! I sawz ur snake 4 sale. I no u said $300 but wud u take 50? I don't hav a car neither. Can u bring him to me? Do u have a tank I cud hav? How long is he? Derrrrrrrr.............
By far...the only bad thing about breeding (for me at least) is selling off the non-hold backs...
Lucifer Sam, Siam cat...
Always sitting by your side,
Always by your side...
That cat's something I can't explain...

Get used to it, someone is ALWAYS willing to make you an insultingly low offer in the hopes that you're desperate.
