Favorite Pied Combos?

I'm really surprised another Panda has not been produced yet. My guess is there have been a few but they have been kinked and kept private.

Bleh, that would be depressing. I had figured they were just solid white, and thus just kinda boring and not worth sharing.

... Is kinking really that super common in homozygous blacks/cinnies?

After seeing what the Enchi Pied is doing to the REALLY high white pieds/all white pieds I have to go with any of those types of combos. We've only just scratched the surface on what it does with the Enchi/Lesser Pied at what not. INCREDIBLE STUFF GUYS!!!

Now I just have to somehow be patient with my raise-ups! Pics on the way in a new thread of my latest goodies

Great thread Heather!! How can you not love the pieds? I know it's the gene that got me so enveloped in this hobby. It started it all for me. Cheers to the Pied!!!

I remember back before the first pied combos thinking how could you possibly improve on a pied. But now that I've seen them I love most all the pied combos. I'm working toward a super chocolate pied with the hope it might be the 50/50 black and white but suppose that's not particularly likely.

Panda pieds are my absolute favorite, followed very closely by Axanthic pieds and Albino pieds.

Albino and enchi pieds. I bet a combo of enchi albino pieds would be mind blowing.

Pastel Hypo Pied

The one that I can't wait to see Ultramel Pied that should be hot hopefully someone is already working on it.

I have a pair of double het ultramel pieds breeding this year. I hope they look as good, if not better than the caramel pied. Fingers crossed. My female is topping over 1900gram mark and is a 2009. I picked them up from Splitrock Reptiles. I will share my results with this forum and BLBC.

Thanks, I have my last clutch from 2011 due to hatch in 2 weeks. I candled them today and it appears there are 2 low to med white pieds out of 5 eggs. The breeding was a het. pied female to a hidden gene woma het pied male. Got my fingers crossed.............John Romeo
