Oh, I KNOW ball pythons have gone for more than 40K before.

Definitely, I can think of 2 videos on Youtube off hand...Brian Barczyk said he spent nearly $100k on the sunset ball, and Ralph Davis got a pair of what he calls ambers for $120k in trade value...and maybe it was the first imported BEL or Ivory that went for around $150k.

I witnessed a 25K sale the first year I went to tinley park. I bet there are plenty of other animals that fetched 15K plus. List is pretty off, just within our hobby.

Nice.. In October I saw someone drop $40,000 CASH on a BP.. my eyes went... but times that by 10!

and I don't really agree with this list, BUT what can we do? A lot of list are out there for "most expansive animal"
