Two. But, I wouldn't pair females under 1500 grams. I did receive an undersized gravid female as a rescue, and unfortunately, all 4 tiny eggs failed (with deformities), and then the female died of a sudden onset respiratory infection, just weeks after she laid.
It's not worth it, don't breed females that are too small. It is bad for their health, it stunts their growth, and the hatchlings often do not thrive if they manage to hatch.
