Earliest Female Pairing

What's the youngest you have seen females go? And please be as specific as you can when mentioning age. I am only asking out of curiosity. Thanks.

Two. But, I wouldn't pair females under 1500 grams. I did receive an undersized gravid female as a rescue, and unfortunately, all 4 tiny eggs failed (with deformities), and then the female died of a sudden onset respiratory infection, just weeks after she laid.

It's not worth it, don't breed females that are too small. It is bad for their health, it stunts their growth, and the hatchlings often do not thrive if they manage to hatch.

Not to sound like an arse, but I know this. Which is why i asked a specific question. I didn't ask when is too young, I asked when is the youngest you guys have. Like I mentioned I just asking out of curiosity and not because Im debating whether or not to do it. But thank you for the reply, it was appreciated.

I paired two 17 month old females last season, both sisters and they dropped eggs at almost exactly 24 months old.
6 eggs from one, 5 from the other, all healthy large viable eggs that resulted on 1.4 yellowbelly 100% het clown and 1.5 100% het clowns.
They were 1350 and 1650 grams at the beginning of pairing and both ate well throughout the breeding until they glowed.

gives some hope to the small girls. Although I know not every girl is like this.

My lesser was 2 and half years old and only 1200 grams when I bred her. She sucked at eating after 950 grams. I got 4 big eggs. I ended up with with two lesser ybs and two yb's.

Mine was about 1350g when I started pairing but really put on weight over the next few months. I didn't check weight right before she laid but she was over 1800g. She is back up to 1500g+ but I'm holding out pairing her hoping my enchi gets up to size.

I have 2 18 m/o paired currently, both are at about 1400 grams and are still pounding food. These will be the youngest for me, and will probably go sometime around 2 years old as they are both just starting to build.
