Tried again and as soon as I put a check in the auto ship box, it takes away the discount. Back when I enter the discount on the order screen, it does say "NOV15 - Excludes Rx, Vet Diet, Free Ship". So y'all must have gotten through with a glitch in their program that I am unable to get by. Thanks for the step by step, Spitzu appreciate you trying.
