Really stuck eye cap

Thanks for the info. What would be signs of a stuck eye cap?

You can normally see a bit of a lip around the eye of shed skin that's still attached to the cap. If you're not 100% that it's a stuck shed over the eye I suggest waiting until the next shed or taking her to somebody who can offer more informed advice.
