I checked into DogTown, and they are in Texas, so that isn't possible. The cost of in-home professional training is also far too prohibitive for a single mom. I appreciate everyone's input and help; she has an appointment in the morning to have him euthanized at her vet.
She is definitely concerned about the welfare of her children first and foremost, and has largely tried so long to work with him for their sake (they adored him most when she found him) - but now even they are saying he needs to go, and can't even try to play with him for fear of him reacting negatively.
