my room stays at like 55-60 in the winter but there is a simple fix.. lowes sells nice heaters for like $20 and it is on HALF power and the room is a constant 79-at night 81-during the day
Mine came from Home Depot. Not the heater that is an issue... it's the $10/month to run it Time for me to man up and heat the closet !
3/4" melamine. 11" FlexWatt...TKS for the idea. I have a spare piece of plexiglass that I might use to enclose the front. I am testing oil-heater on min (of 3 )settings and Max temp. In 2 hrs. air temp up from 66.6 to 72.1.
i use 3/4 melamine as well. I also use an oil filled radiator to heat my room to 70. I have it running on the medium setting (800 watts). Without it my room would be 50! If I could, i would just heat my room to 80. this would certainly make things a lot easier.

THANKS for the input. I left it on Low main setting and max temp over night... I checked @ 5:30 am and thermometer read 79.4. A quick look @ the tubs confirms... 7 of 10 snakes are now at the front of their tubs instead of the back... where flexwatt is closest to.
