    First of all deep breath.

    Not seeing locks this early isn't uncommon. Keep pairing them up..there are animals that take months or even years before they breed in captivity. Be patient and know that while a 1350 3 year old female can breed doesn't mean she will.. I have heard of females taking 4-5 years (i have one) before they breed..
