DO YOUR LAUNDRY in a more timely fashion. You won't have this problem that way. 7 years is too long between loads. Change your undies more often. Skidmarks are unsightly.

You say you are trying to fix things... and want to know what you can do to appease people... Then you tell Robin to get a life, and call her a lier to her face.

She didn't tell me to call you out. Nobody did.

Frankly, you were talking like a punk constantly... You kept mentioning thread after thread after thread about how you know all these big breeders, and how you have been in the business for so long, and how you have an invincible excellent reputation, and so on and so on. At the same time almost every argument you had made it seem like you didn't have a clue what you were talking about. And nobody knew who the hell you were in real life... How could you be such a big player with such a great reputation and nobody even knows who you are? I honestly figured you to be a newbie who was just making crap up. THAT is why, when you mentioned for the 1,000th time that you know everything and we know nothing I decided to call you out.

I can tell you this much... insulting Robin isn't going to get you very far. Although she and I have butted heads a couple times (mostly over silly stuff) she has NEVER done anything dishonest. Trust me, there were a couple times when I am certain she wanted me gone. But even then, even though she had the full power to do whatever she wanted on this forum, she chose to be the better person and to be fair and stuck to the rules, giving me every chance to straighten up that she gives to everyone else.

The fact that you aren't banned right now is an excellent example of what I am talking about. Respect the staff here or move on. It is that simple.

Chris did contact me today and also made a payment against the balance owned from 7 years ago. I will report as well when the obligation is completely paid.

Chris, like I told you on the phone, I do believe you made a mistake and it was never your intention for things to go down like they did. There are many "reasons" but there is no excuse for cutting me off and going off the grid for 7 years when I (your customer) was scammed and you knew it.

I appreciate that this is in the process of being taken care of and I hope that you can look at your current situation with a bit of humility considering it was your mistakes that have lead to this. A little humility goes a LONG way. In the end it is how we deal with these problems that really define us.

My purchase from you was my first internet purchase ever. In spite of how negative it turned out, I'm thankful that was not the end of my bp experience. In the end, everyone here wants to make sure other new enthusiasts only deal with good vendors who are honest and stand behind their animals all the way, hence the emotions in this thread.
