you know not to take any sides what so ever but i think at this point each side has done its best to state their point of view. if you look in the upper left corner of the webpage you will see that we are not living up to our own logo.... just my 2pennies, do what you will with it.

You're lucky I am a mod because I would have called you out myself very early on, but as a mod I have to show restraints (imagine if I didn't )
I know you don't care about what I think about you and trust me likewise. Now the thing I care about is this community because what you fail to see is that this community is a big family (sometimes dysfunctional) but a big family that I believe is entitled to the truth and know when someone with a less than stellar rep is among them.
What I also care about or have a profound dislike for are scammers, liars and people jeopardizing this hobby/industry for the rest of us (using bad shipping practise etc) and somehow I doubt I am the only one feeling that way.
i ask what do you expect me to do? You guys have me pegged as a bad guy from jumpstreet and im not looking for your acceptance. All these forums online are all the same. You will always have the peanut gallery sitting behind their computers with all the answers.
Again asking what you should insulting people of this community in the process way to go and gain respect.
What you should have done since you want some advice but yet do not need the community to accept you.
7 Years ago you should have made it right and not give people the run around, 7 years is a LONG time.
A month ago when you joined here and fauna you should have been honest from the start instead you came here with a all mighty attitude and when called out (because sooner or later someone was gonna call you out on your experience and identity) you lied first to a staff member, lying about your involvement, about the true and whole story, than when call out by a member you came up with some of the truth along with a few more lies, and excuses, and you blamed everyone from your ex-business partner to people you bought animal from to who know who else.
See where you made mistakes?
Would you have come clean apologize (and I mean a sincere one that does not insult everyone in the process) this thread would not even exist, it does exist now because of YOUR past actions and lies and because of YOUR present lies and excuses and lack of respect for the community. Not the staff, the peanut gallery or Mike or Wes' fault just YOURS.
Maybe it's a lesson learned for your next online comeback.
Now food for the thought HONESTY, INTEGRITY and RESPECT go a long way in this industry no matter who you are.
Now go ahead have the last insulting word (you're good at that) because I am done here I can't reason with people that can't be reasoned with.

I did not lie to a all mighty bp.net staff member. I was an employee of cmg reptiles as well as a part owner. I was listed and paid as an employee. Dies that really even matter? The end result was online sales was my responsibillity. Also back then alot of peiple shipped through the usps, ups, fedex, and dhl. We didnt just ship through one specific carrier. It doesnt matter what i do your going to keep bashing me. And it was a bp staff member that started this by having a registered user call me out as you put it. Again i have one outstanding deal to fix and that will be done tonight with justin. You were not there when these deals were done. You have not seen any email logs, you have no proof we didnt send out the animals, all you are doing is forming an oppinion based on how you want to interprate a situation that you are biased to cause i came in to this site and pissed on someones fire hydrant. I am seriouslly done with this situation. It will be taken care of with justin and then you can go back to your job of keyboard jockeys and regulate your world as you see it.

I must say, as I watched this unfold throughout the day, I'm a little embarrassed for the Mods and Admins, as well as a lot of members here because of this thread.
It's one thing to make sure that a person who's had bad business dealings in the past, is known, and made aware for the rest of the forum. That's always a good thing. However, airing ALL of their dirty laundry is something I never expected from the Mods or Admins of this site.
It's good to know that he's had shady dealings and apparently lied, but simply stating that "Everyone should be cautious about doing business with Chris Guida" seems it would've covered it. In my opinion, what happened with him and Justin, is between him and Justin. No one else. I'm surprised how many people act like they were there when whatever deal between those two went down. Whether that got aired out on forums or not, it's no one's business other than Chris and Justin's on how or when it gets fixed.
Again, the only thing that should be said is that Chris apparently had bad dealings, and everyone should be made aware. I'm embarrassed at this "Witch Hunt" that is unfolding right here, and especially with all the mods.
Whether the guy is lying or not, he fessed up and said in MULTIPLE POSTS "I screwed up", "It's on me to get this fixed", "I own these mistakes". I'm amazed that even after that, you guys are still beating this thing to death.
I'm in NO WAY defending him, but instead stating how disappointed I am at some members and staff here. Especially as this is supposed to be one of the best websites to come to for information and not feel like people are on a Witch hunt. SMH.
***Disclaimer*** I'm in no way questioning the integrity or methods that mods/admins run the site, but just stating an opinion from an outsiders point of view.

Admitted it or not is the easy part.
This guy broke the law by shipping USPS and admitted to it. He was selling WC females as het pieds.
He took 2300$ from Justin, 7 YEARS AGO, and still not dont a thing to fix it. How are we as a community to say its okay he admitted to it. Move on.
We would of moved on 7 years ago if he had fixed them without lying about paperwork, shipments and so on.

At the risk of dragging this thread on even farther, I do want to respond to this...
I was glad to help expose the truth of the situation here. I believe everyone should be as aware as they can be about anyone they choose to do business with.
All the "dirty laundry" that you claim wasn't done with the intention of trying to humiliate or demean or any sort of "witch hunt" practice. It simply came out of pure frustration at trying to get a very specific point across to Chris that he continued to dodge and ignore. There's that little voice in one's head that whispers, "Well, maybe if I say it THIS way, he'll finally get it...."
Needless to say, it never did work. I realized I was falling into that definition of insanity of those that practice the same action over and over again but keep expecting different results.
I've said all I can say....I apologize if anything I said came out overly hostile, as that really wasn't my intent. Whoever reads this will either get what I was trying to say, or they won't...including Chris.

I honestly don't think that was what he was trying to say. I have also been reading this thread since it started last night and honestly you all just keep saying the same thing over and over again.
I'm not saying what he did was right, but people make mistakes. Should he have taken 7 years to get back to Justin? No.
I've made a lot of mistakes in my life and I'm only 22. The best thing we can do is learn from our mistakes and move on. To constantly keep harping on them doesn't make sense. Everyone has done things at one point in their life that they wish they could go back and do differently. It's part of life.
As for shipping via USPS, I actually had someone send me 2 snakes via USPS last month. People are still doing this today, so it's hardly unique to Chris.

Yes 7 years long time, But would he of came forward from behind the shadows and said who he was if not brought out by the community. And would he of contacted Justin to rectify the situation had he not been called out. I think not.
As for USPS, not smart accepting nor admitting to accepting snake shipments via USPS. Its in violation with lacey act and Federal Regulations that can get you and seller in serious trouble.
