No, but really, chances are that most people wont recognize Arwen, and you can get way more creative with a Leia costume

I definitely thought of that too, and considered using my BPs, but since it's so darn cold here in October... I'd get stuck just answering the door all night with them, which is not nearly as fun!

That's what I liked about Arwen, too - the fact that she's very understated and lets things speak for themselves. Hehe, oh I don't know if I can even come close to competing with Liv Tyler though!

Don't say that, you're making me blush!

So here's how it went down - I'd decided on Arwen, and started my costume hunt. I searched high and low in every nook and cranny of every dingy costume store I could find. I searched online, and didn't find anything that would fit me (I'm a short girl!)

So, although I'd love to go as Arwen, I've decided on going as a 40's pin up sailor girl. I will post pics when I wear the costume I'm going to do the whole red lipstick and victory rolls in my hair, I'm going to take it to the nines (hopefully my hair will cooperate!)

between the 2.. I think others bring a valid point.. you will have to get VERY detailed if you want people to recognize you as Arwen..
