I can't do it!! I have been "Big Dave" as long as long as I can remember. I've weight trained and used to do Karate 5 days a week. I would loose 6lbs in one night of Karate. When I started I was 295lbs, after 6 months I got down to a "lean" 265lbs. Then it crept back on even though I was working out all the time. Very frustrating, I was strong as a horse but I kinda looked like one too, haha. I give up at looking at a scale.
