I hate to state the obvious but it seem counter productive to make it harder for people that own these snakes to keep them. I could see it increasing the number of snakes released. It creates a very big problem. Illegal ownership--- Unable to resale---- Love this animal and don't want it killed.... I know kittens are put out on the street for a lot less. Just saying...
