The pair didn't come with paper work and they were 2008 and he hadn't tried to breed them yet. I'm going to try and breed them this year but my question is if they don't produce pieds should I try again next year or give up and sell the male off as a normal and keep the female as a normal breeder?
yes, tried again, you have a 25% chance per egg of producing a visual. I had a 50% chance per egg on producing a mojave and I had 5 eggs and didn't get any, it happens, don't think you won't get any. if you get a desent size clutch, you have a very good chance. and you could end up with a few, it not try again
