My two normals will eat at anytime, no matter what, I think they would eat themselves till they couldn't move anymore if i let them.

Yeah, you SHOULD feed them. Some snakes won't take if their shedding but you should always offer. Stick to your schedule and if he shows a pattern of not eating while he's in shed than you can go from there
