I spayed the substrate but not a lot just so it felt a little moist but an hour later i felt it and it didn't feel like i sprayed it is this good?

Any videos you could share? i don't want to have my snake get belly rot, I just went to go touch the ground and the snake stroked at me is that bad dose that mean i pissed it off?
