Sperm plug question

I have a male around 800 gr and close to 2 years old and he has never shown interest in breeding and I have paired him with many females.I have cheeked him many times and never seen plugs even now after he hasent been with anyone for 2 months.Has anyone ever had a male that just never sexualy matures a dud male sorta speak?

I have a 4 year old male that didn't hook up with any females yet. I've quadruple checked his sex. I've never noticed a sperm plug, though I honestly don't know what they look like
