Doesn't it make more sense to describe to someone who doesn't know much about the genetics what the animal ACTUALLY is. It is a Pink Eyed Albino. I usually call them "PEW", but with someone who has no idea about rat genetics, you think that means anything to them? I've seen them called Pink Eyed White, Pink Eyed Albinos and just plain old Albinos.
I'm not seeing where you are correcting anything. It seems to me like you are just rephrasing things.
FYI, for all you know, the rat in question might be a creamy beige according to your own thought process. So, calling it a PEW might also be incorrect. Who knows how much of the color is being washed out by the camera. Without seeing a genetic pedigree, all of the "What is this color?" answers are just very educated guesses (to a few of the "rat people" on this forum).
That being said, I see no additional modifiers on the animal in question. It's an albino.
