Please excuse my ignorance, but what is a frag tank?

I'm totally guessing here....but I would guess that is a shallow tank used to grow small fragments of coral. When they get bigger, they probably get moved into deeper water with various environments.

EDIT: Forgot to add.... It's VERY cool! My daughter just left for college and is aiming to major in Marine Biology. I'd love to see more recent pics of that and your other stuff. Welcome to BP.net!
