I'd have to say that I prefer misting and a dripping system over having a water dish in the enclosure. They spend most of their time up high, poop can, and will get into the dish easily... They can harbor harmful bacteria and get your gecko sick if they do decide to take a drink from it. This is jusy me and is something i'd rather not risk, also beats having to worry about cleaning another water dish daily. Another idea is to use a small medicine type dripper and slowly drip water onto her "lips" and maybe it'll trigger her drinking response.
She has a temporary dish and is sprayed twice daily.

I've been soaking her for the past few days and it seems that her dehydration is improving. I got a new batch of CGD because I think she didn't like the taste of the last one (I think it was just starting to go bad) and my other cresteds devoured the new batch so we'll see if she stops trying to spit out the food.

I'll let you know how things go.

How is her poop looking? is it solid? Never feed your crestie baby food there is no reason to ever do this .... the crestie won't get what it needs from it ....My gang will lick a bit of mushed up banana once in a while not too often though maybe once a month as a treat...
I changed my CGD from banana flavor to the Mango and the difference has been huge theyre eating 2-3 times the amount they normally do.... but when I was using the Fig flavor it was a battle to get them to eat anything
