It's hard to say from looking at the pics. I would say he looks pretty good for his age. I've had 6-8 year old males that weigh in the range of 1000 grams and and some 6-8 year old males that weight 300-350. It all depends on the genetics and how well it was fed during the first two years of growth....the most important. As long as he is eating and healthy I wouldn't worry. In my opinion he looks great.
