It's very hard to read and understand an issue someone is having when proper punctuation isn't used (for myself anyway and maybe for others). And the last thing you want is someone miss reading your post if its important.
I understand it's hard to type on smart phones if that's the case but please be aware that communicating your issues/experiences correctly is the best way to be understood.
Sorry for the rant. I should be the last one complaining. If it wasn't for spell check no one would be able to read my posts .
Just saying!

Im a stickler for punctuation but again, no ones perfect and i find myself doing some of these little errors as i dont feel that im in school and have to be graded but yes, if you do need help with an issue of some sort then its best to make sure you can post it so its understandable and youre able to get help with it. As for those whose english language is not your first language well i commend you in doing your best on communicating with everyone as im sure its hard to do when english is not your native language, but what i find annoying most of all is alot of younger people who sure as hell dont know how to spell even if english is their native language...are we really passing these kids on through high school without learning to spell??? Maybe we should go find out who taught these students and get them fired so they dont keep passing people without learning how to spell. hmmm end of this rant bwahahahaha

Re: Punctuation, Communication and Understanding
i've noticed that 9 x's outta 10 when theres a confusing "help me" thread the OP is in another country.
i always chocked it up to "thats just how they communicate there" or if the OP is trying to get all their info out to get help faster and just not fretting over puncuation etc. what if english is not their primary language? at that point it is not their fault if their posts are confusing.
i generally cant respond to the super confusing ones though, especially if the sentences blend with each other (no periods).

I once wrote a whole essay using maybe about 1 period per paragraph and my english proffesor had a nice conversation with me...although it wasnt badly written, he stated that it was rare for anyone to use very few periods. In fact he did mention a book from the 1600s i believe that was written with one period and that was all. Now i did use other forms of punctuation but he did mention that people dont or cant retain information or understanding when its written that way and its just too long for anyone to keep them interested. Reminds me of Amadeus, when Mozart is told that his music was too long and had to be cut so the people could rest from listening to too many notes...wicked hehehe
