    I would leave her be til you have everything set up right. If this female is just a pet and not a breeder per say you can maternally incubate since you really aren't worried about her recouperation(weight after) for the following breeding season.
    Now if you plan on breeding more Bp's in the future you get your bator and start now get some exp.
