I use calcium w/o D3, though on occasion will use calcium w/D3.
I also rarely feed crickets, and only use it as a method to help females put on a bit of extra weight if needed, particularly because of breeding.
At the moment all of my females are at a great weight and I'm feeding CGD exclusively.
