The Clorox wipes I have gotten are not bleach. They are ammonium chloride, alcohol, and have all kinds of other fillers and fragrances. I don't trust them for cleaning any of my animal cages.

There is the ingredient list for you. Personally, I use Dawn and hot water, or if it gets really disgusting diluted bleach. Obviously, the choice is up to you, but I wouldn't put them near a cage.

Re: Lysol Wipes for Cleaning?
Hey I just cleaned my bp today and thats what I used because I ran out of bleach and thats all I had. Its a nice day so i scrubbed everything down then rinsed in in hot water and set it on the porch to dry. Everything seems fine, no smell or anything. I would say yeah go ahead but not all the time.

I use it too, but the problem is that it is really just a cleaner and deodorizer. I don't think that it disinfects anything. I'm wondering if something like F10SC or chlorohex could be mixed/diluted with it and turn it into an all-in-one deodorizer/disinfectant that can be used as needed without rinsing.
Doing my monthly/bi-monthly disinfecting with bleach water takes forever with all of the soaking, rinsing, and drying that has to occur before PAM can be applied.
Sigh. I just read the description for chlorohex and saw that there is no need to rinse/dry. I've wasted SO much time over the past few months with bleach and I am so pissed off right now... lol. Now I just need to find out if I can mix the stuff in with Healthy Habitat.
