What Kind of Music do You like?

I’m a huge music fan! I listen to all sorts of genres of rock n roll. Despise the ever so trendy musical styles out today. I also listen to very old country like Johnny Cash and Hank Williams’s senior which to me rock n roll is. I look for music that is sincere, and has no boundaries. I could never get into hip hop and rap.

I like metal, rock, rap.... absolutely can not stand "pop" music.

Pantera is my fav metal band of all time.

I like Slayer, Iron Maiden, Nirvana, Metallica, Sublime, Bob Marley (who doesn't like Bob Marley?), The Beatles... not really very picky if there is some sort of talent that I can appreciate.

I grew up with Eminem, Dre, Ice Cube (older stuff mostly), etc.. but I've recently been introduced to Vinnie Paz (Jedi Mind Tricks, Heavy Metal Kings) and I can't get enough of him. Love his voice and his lyrics. Really started to listen to underground anti-political stuff in the past couple of months. Block McCloud is another I like. Check out "End of Days" Vinnie Paz ft. Block McCloud if you think you might like to hear something like that - awesome song.

Same here. Led Zeppelin is my hands down favorite. Fear Factory, Machine Head, Rollins Band, Soul Fly, Black Sabbath, Front Line Assembly the list goes on.

Haha very cool Oh yeah, and I realized later that I forgot Incubus, I love all of their stuff too. I used CDs for the longest time too and had waaayyy too many mixes to even count... but it started to become a hassle with them piled up and sliding around all over the place So for christmas I got a nice new CD player that has a USB port and I just hook up my iPod now... one of the best things to happen in my life lol I couldn't live without my music!!

Hellz yeah!! Although I have to say my ultimate favorite is Lamb Of God, but I know they were influenced by Pantera... plus their album Far Beyond Driven kicks some serious a@@!!

End Of Days is an amazing song. Check out "Channel Zero" by Canibus if you like those types of songs. SO MUCH INFO to be learnt in those two songs alone, its crazy.

Once youve started listening to Vinnie Paz, and you can enjoy that type of music.. well its not long until you move on to Canibus LOL

MEANINGFUL Hip Hop is great to listen to, because if you are interested in lyrically talented artists, you can learn SO MUCH from just listening to their music.

Like I said, if you listen to ANY Canibus or Vinnie Paz/ K-Reno, you will learn things that you didnt even know existed

old rock like deep purple, judas priest, black sabbath, stones, the who, ramones, and some things old but not as much, like guns n roses, nirvana, joe satriani, alice in chains, a little metallica, pearl jam, red hot chilli peppers, i really love the smashing pumpkins and radiohead; so little newer music like yeah yeah yeahs ( i love'em), garbage and white stripes. and a lot really a lot of rock in spanish.
