Use Neosporin (just plain, no pain killer) on the spots that were damaged, and just apply that a couple times a day. If she starts showing signs of infection I'd definitely take her to a vet for possible antibiotics.

Oh, and make sure your little sister knows better next time, maybe you should keep your pet in a safer place to avoid her (I'm assuming) small hands.
