I don't move mine a lot just roll them around enough to vacuum under them but these racks have served me well for most of 2 years now and only cost $50 to $60 each to build.
1x2's and 2x2's are pretty inexpensive and do the job quite well, no need for 2x4's that make the racks weigh a ton
I don't have a build sheet written out but could give you the cuts you need to make and a couple close up pics so you can figure out how it all goes together.
