Thats awesome because I now some loud Senegals. I have a blue headed pionus thats pretty quiet but I have a blue and gold macaw that moooore and makes up for him. My mother perfers birds because she has four blue and golds, a green wing, an illiger and my pionus' parents (she raise's birds). I just don't know how she can talk about how people mistreat and don't understand birds and that some are the way they are because of bad people- and then go on to say the only good snake is a dead snake. I just don't get it. Oh well. It takes all kinds. Its awesome that you can manage on non-parakeet in an apartment. Most landlords flip.
