    The no belly heat thing is just someone's opinion. Lots of breeders use belly heat only. Don't get yourself too caught up in the details. Breeding isn't an all or nothing game. A lot of advice you hear/read is mostly opinion, and you will hear all sorts of contradicting things. For example, some people drop temps for breeding, others don't. I for one don't, I let the room temp drop naturally and keep the UTH at the same setting as I do during the summer and 4 of 4 of my girls are going to lay for me.
