HAHAHAHA!!! Oh I'm so glad I have some fellow, Tony-Haters out there. God what a dousche.
Especially when he thinks he's being all "slick" with the ladies working out with him, and they are totally not digging him. Thinking.. "This guy is a super dousche, but we're getting paid so we might as well stick it out." LOL

He is rather annoying. At least he shows alternate moves and equipment.
I am supposed to do the Yoga tonight. It's 90 mins long! I hope I don't get bored.

Re: Has anyone done P90X?
Well, I made it through to first week. As predicted by the documentation, I have gained couple pounds but I believe that to be muscle. The fat should start coming off in the coming weeks. Look forward to that.
FYI, Kenpo is my fav routine. So fun you forget you're working out. Reminded me of my MA days.

I've done p90x a couple times now (car accident inbetween). Coming from a martial arts background, it is a reallllly good program. I highly suggest it. If you follow it, and stick to it, you will be amazed. The best tip I can give is to take the proper vitimines/supplements; it will drastically cut down your recovery time, and keep you going strong. Protein shakes directly after lifting will help you build those muscles. I started using 20's on all the exercises, and worked up to 35s before my car accident. I loved the results. I supplemented in biking and karate instead of some of the workouts such as kenpo-x and the more aerobic ones.
Good luck! Stick to the program and you're golden!
