Anything below 75 is unhealthy when it comes to BP, also I would not recommend dropping temps unless of course you are planning to breed him.
Usually when temps are dropped that drastically with no hot spot it leads to issues and the first things that would likely happen would be that your BP would stop eating.
Keep your temps constant 24/7 year round.
