    couple o' rats

    Here's a few interesting rats that popped out of my first rat breeding attempts.

    Yeah, all but like 2 of the males will be but I'm keeping most of the females for future breeders

    The top ones look like Beige, Beige rats are black rats diluted by the recessive red eye, in this case "ruby eye"
    The bottom rats are blue rats and that last one is adorable

    Yeah that last one is the one male I'm keeping, and maybe one of the blues. I also got a blue hooded, which is pretty cool lookin but he's on the menu for my big normal. lol.

    Youre lucky all I have produced so far are solid black and black/white rats I haven't got any cool looking breeders lol

    I may have to take a trip to southeast Iowa and buy a blue sometime this year... All of my stock is pretty plain looking haha!
