That is a lot to go through no wonder you are stressed! Not to sound like a therapist or anything, but I have some stress issues as well and I find that writing before I go to bed helps lower what my brain thinks at night (messed up dreams, etc). It doesn't even have to be specific, it doesn't even have to make sense. Sometimes I just doodle and it helps. I couldn't imagine going through and beating cancer, that alone is enough to make someone's stress go through the roof. Hang in there, I don't know you from a hole in the wall, but I've found this site to be a very tight knit community, almost family, and I'm sure people here are with me when I say I'm here for you if you need help.
