There is no difference
the OP's title Female SPIDER 100% Het Pied X Male Normal 100% Pied
implying she was breeding a spider het pied to a pied
it should read Spider Het Pied X Het Pied
OP, just so you know, if it is het pied, that means its 100%, there no reason to state the percentage, also if has any genetics, we normally don't call them normal hets, just call them hets.

The only thing I don't like about the Spider het Pied to Normal het Pied breeding is you will have no way of knowing if the Normals and Spiders that hatch are het for Pied. You wouldn't be able to tell them apart from the ones who didn't get the Pied allele.
If you are going to spend the money on a Spider het Pied I think the best way to go about the breeding to get a full male Pied to bred to her. That way you'd get:
25% Spied
25% Spider 100% het pied
25% Pied
25% het 100% Pied

The OP didn't say that the male was het, it said it was 100% pied...
Spider Het Pied x Pied
25% Het
25% Pied
25% Spider Het Pied
25% Spied
Spider Het Pied x Het Pied
12.5% Normal
25% Het Pied
12.5% Pied
12.5% Spider
12.5% Spied
25% Spider Het Pied

Re: Female SPIDER 100% Het Pied X Male Normal 100% Pied
It seems to me that breeding a Spider Het Pied female to a Het Pied male is a terrible waste of the female.
You are taking a $1000 female and pairing her with a $50 male (actual prices may vary but you get the idea).
You can pick up a low white pied male for a decent price and then double your odds of a Pied & Spied and have a better chance of selling the non-pied offspring since you know they are 100% hets.
