Normal. Sables have a granite-y appearance, and black pastels have an extra line of black around their alien heads and donuts.
Very dark, though! Is she really a she? I've that heard breeding albinos and lavender albinos to dark females and holding back the dark hets is a good way to make super-high-contrast albinos. I've got a really dark male with the rainbow sheen here, too, that I'm hoping to try it with some time.

The snake in question is a normal, I see nothing unusual or different than any other normal.
Not hypo or hyper-melanistic and not a Sable, just a good ole normal

You've got a 100% normal on your hands, a beautiful one. And I'm 100% sure about that 
OP, you have a normal. They are very variable. She is beautiful.
Hypomelanisitc means having less pigment. Hypermelanistic means having more pigment. The prefixes hypo and hyper are common in medical terminology and always mean the same thing when put infront of a word.
