Im really sorry. My families Black Lab/sheppard mix had to be put down a couple years ago now. He was about the same age as yours. I watched him come into this world and watched him leave. One of the hardest things I have ever had to see, but I was glad I was with him. It still brings tears to my eyes sometimes, but I try to remember all the good times we had together. He was such a gentle soul, and is missed dearly.
