I can't imagine it would hurt your snake. Goodness knows mice and rats will eat anything, including each other, so I'm pretty sure your ball can handle anything that mouse has eaten.
If you want a real scare, I'll tell you what happened to me a while back. I got some live feeder mice, and I offered the biggest one to my prize female. I didn't notice until she was in the process of swallowing that the mouse had a golf ball sized tumor on it's belly! I came here in panic, and was told to just relax.
That was 6 months ago, and that female is just fine. Although I don't make a habit of feeding mice with tumors, I don't have to freak out if it accidentally happens again. So I'm going to say cranberries are not a biggie.
